Ariel, do you have GP nearby to check your BP every now & then? I ask GP/nurse to take mine every time I see either if them.
Have tried taking my own at the surgery, but it’s always v high that way, but ok wit nurse, so have decided it’s the wrong size for little ol’ me.Hope this passes for you soon xxx
Thanks LG
Today is Day 7
Noticed less sleep last night.
I’m going through a family member passing over just now so a bit of overload. Enough of that on here I am alone at the moment however.
My main gripe re tx is my banger of a headache which wakes me at random times of the night
I’m managing it with panadiene forte on script and lots of fluids, I have two water bottles lined up on my bedside table ready each night.
Apart from that I notice my gums are tender and my teeth a tad sensitive.
Not much to complain about.
I hear of increased sensitivity to sun while on this can anyone help me on that.Have a brilliant day friends
Splashes of happy
ArielSplitdog listening to the samples now
Epic body of work I had a sneaky suspicion when I joined this gang here that I might find other musos. Congratulations on this creation.
I’m so glad you shared some of your work (well I bet you have a lot more too)
I’m too shy to say why I posted one song here but I am playing on it I will leave that alone it’s a small town Australia

I have had elevated BP since peg/inf
I was on Atacand but a month ago switched to Coversyl because it is green flagged and the Atacand was yellow on the drug interactions charts
I’m also on only 5mg and I realised that my huge Public Hospital which I attended on Friday didn’t even check my bp!
In fact I think I too will book with my local GP for a check up thanks Debs

You must be either filthy rich or have not been bedridden for years and riddled with secondary issues and lost your income after years of professional career which you loved and had to raise a family and and and and gosh! I don’t get into confrontation usually but I won’t accept that this billion buck beast has or is doing the right thing.

There is clearly some nervousness among health professionals especially those in the large public and teaching hospitals in Australia which I totally understand
It’s really just about finding the ‘best fit’ for yourself and the Doc you find will monitor you. Even the source of the generics seems to be a consideration for some medicos who are yes prepared to monitor but who have experience with say the Chinese vs the Indian meds or vica versa. We know that the medicine that James and Greg supply is the real deal, as a patient we have already made our decision based on enough evidence of integrity, professionalism, empathy (a rare gift to a HepC patient) and the thousands already clear because they have treated with the generic medicines.
At the end of the day it’s about simply finding your practitioners preferred source and ordering via James or Greg and then being monitored.
I personally have found that the compassion and kindness of both these men to be outstanding as I travel along the road to wellness, using generic Harvoni and being monitored by a specialist in my State where I live.
Day 5 today of generics and never looking back. Goodbye peg/inf you were no friend of mine. -
