    I’m glad that you finally started treatment. Is your NHS consultant supports you?

    My BP could go slightly up or down, which could be Sofosbuvir’ s side effect. Sometimes on tx BP could be slightly raised or low, especially if you had the problem before that.

    The hart rate increases as well for some people and to be on the safe side, you can ask for ECG. I didn’t ask my GP at 4 weeks, but might ask him next week.

    Yes, I told my GP that I’m on Twinvir and he agreed to monitor me. My hepatoligist appointment is only at the beginning of March, which will be 12 weeks and I told him in November, that I’m planning to get Generic tx.

    I emailed Tim today as well, but didn’t get a reply yet. As I said, before Christmas I was getting instant replies from them.

    My doctor referred me to the neurologist, not sure when this will happen.

    My next GP appointment is next week. I get the usual reply. Your blood test is normal. You need to clear your Hep C.

    Emailed MonkMed few times after Christmas, but they are very slow to reply at the moment.

    I started to get B complex twice a week from last week and Vit D from yesterday, just received it.

    Have you started your tx LG?

    Week 6 tomorrow.

    Started to feel fatigue again and fall a sleep for an hour after work. All evening I spend on the sofa.

    Lightheadedness still the issue, which I had before tx, but increased since starting tx.

    Feel freezing all the time, starts from the legs and hands.

    I plan to get my next blood test next week and will post my update here.

    It is still strange that GPs agree to monitor us, but the Hepatoligists refuse.

    I thought that it could be the opposit.

    My consultant advised me to get Hep A and vaccinations, but I already started treatment, so will have to arrange after that. I don’t know how long after the tx I need to arrange this. Is it 6 month?

    Extend by 12 weeks. Sounds a lot.
    I’m a bit confused about Viral load. Some people get <15 and they say it is UND. I have 12, which is less than 15, that is not UND.

    My VL was done in Trafford, my local hospital. As they don’t have Hepatoligist there I go to MRI hospital.
    Similar to LG, I didn’t have AST result, just ALT.
    It is very strange how they work. I guess it depends on GP practice budget as well.

    Hi. I’m in North West. My consultant didn’t want to look after me on tx, but I still managed to get one blood test out of them. My GP was very supportive and agreed to monitor my blood.

    There are few people on here, who get NHS or GP support. The other option is to go private.
