I suffered every dose on interferon, but it is the reason I am alive so I am grateful I got it when I did. the word interferon does curdle me somewhat, but here I am. Its not that it should never have been used in the past but it shouldn’t be now.

I’ve asked my lecturer to explain to me why their corporate conduct does not constitute murder. And how can their objective, of maximum profit for shareholders, be lawful if deaths result from their decisions. Crime is an act or omission. Because paying yourself so much, like Martin, is hardly maximising profits to (other) shareholders, it’s unreasonable. The objective’s not being upheld in that respect; how can it be a justification in pricing. Plus, there was another way to achieve the same profit- cure much more people for much less, same revenue- but they have meeting records that seem to show they thought the inevitable deaths, from their pricing strategy decisions, are commercially useful.

For James Freeman and Greg as they are carried on by the flood of undetecteds and SVR’s coming in, this is how I would like to think of the collective strength of our feeling, as you represent us all and are vindicated by our lives. The haka reflects mana which is the Maori concept of the respect you command and the pride your tribe has in your achievements- off the scale in your case.

The EASL excitement is building….. will be Sunday NZ time I calculate. There is a torrent of UND’s and SVR’s coming in. I noticed in the flip book Mike posted that a Prof Gane paper is first up on the page of late breakers on the 16th. I think relates to tx naive G3’s.

There will be so much useful info coming out of this conference. But I love that Dr Freeman is presenting results that includes everyone, F0-4, all genotypes- this is really what we, and medical profession, need to know now.

Go for it Mike, you are a generics importation representative for sure with the blessing of all, no matter what packet you got them out of. I am dreaming of fixhepc, the screenplay. We already have the cast of characters, you write your own dialogue! and we need a young Don Adams to star as you. But until then, tell them about it. You too GF, on your own terms.

It was prophetic that I called this thread liver pictures: look what my lovely youngest daughter Meg has made for me, a living liver picture.
She is an artist, piano player, 3rd year jewellery student and a wonderful support.
