Hepcinat LP (Ledipasvir) Has been registered back in July. I think they are pushing to skip the Clinical trials and start selling ASAP. So nobody knows yet.

With regard to side effects. I think most of them are actually from Sof and Riba. There’s no much difference between Dac and Led. Both of them work really well with GT1. If you are happy to take API, go for a Dac option. If you are not too sure, wait for the official generics.
I don’t want to speak to soon but I’m already starting to notice improvements in my digestive system and overall health .I Sleep well , eat well, no headaches , no fatigues, no mood swings. I’m so glad I didn’t go interferon route.
If you are young, I would say on the right side of 50, don’t have problems with the blood pressure, cirrhosis, autoimmune and other complications , there is a good chance you would not have any side effects at all!

If your fibroscan has showed no fibrosis then you you are a long way away from the cirrhosis. I also have mild fibrosis and slightly fatty liver and my consultant recons than 12 weeks Sof/Dac should do the trick with no need for Riba.

It’s all down to your fibrosis with this new Meds. Sof/Dac for 12 weeks for the naives with no cirrhosis should do the trick.
I was thinking to extend my treatment to 24 weeks because of my fatty liver and purchased enough Dac for that, but that may not be necessary and I probably will do 12 weeks only with no Riba.

It must be your individual reaction then.
I hope iron suppliments do not interact with the drugs. I remember reading that they are not allowed with INF and riba.
