My doc said “your good to go for 8 weeks”. Then he said “if you can get 12 weeks do it”
I did 12 and did not look back, glad I did. Even if VL is low, under 6,000,000, go 12 weeks to be sure.

GF, again the political reference comes up. May I ask who set the dynamics for huge pricing, um that was B Obama in for 8 years and it went so high that only very few covered it. The co pays are so high it will eventually implode.
But I have a solution, let’s leave politics out of this, again, and focus on treatment. There is no politician alive who’ll help you at this stage….. but Redemption Trials will and they are politically blind.

Cured!In my case <15 was undetected. The doctor told me that <15 detected was not what I wanted, but since mine was undetected he had it that I would most likely not relapse.
So again "undecided <15" is good if your laboratory can only go down to <15. But if you have "<15 decteded", yes this is reason to start thinking retreat.Dr Freeman if this is so why don't they develop better testing to go all the way to zero undetected? The labs here in the US mostly are <15, undetected or detected, why?

Cured!Just checking in to let all treatment seekers know what happened to me after treatment.
The side effects that were mild after treatment: small pain in right side, overall a bit of low energy at times, up and down emotionally and just unsure even though I was deemed cured.
Update: I now have the majority of my energy back, the brain fog that I had for years has 80+ percent gone away, no pains in the side at all anymore and my blood tests are perfect the first time in decades. So If you are on the fence, don’t be! Get treated immediately, while you can and by summers end you’ll be HCV free! It happened to me and it will happen to you.

Uh um….no I wasn’t clearing my throat I was thinking how I thought the same thing and I was so wrong. BL, you were UND at 26 days don’t let the blues last too long. I was UND after 4 weeks, most that are UND at that time have great results, so rock this and like I said don’t keep down too long. Because before you know it you’ll be be HCV free by summers start.

Cured!Elena it is waaaaaay to early to start saying that! Seriously. It is imperative that you keep an attitude that says”I’m trying my best, I’m with the best people possible and what will happen is what will happen”. I say this because we all felt issues of doubt, because your viral load is so low there is not much lower you can go, so it may go slower.
You are in the company of the best HCV doctor world wide, if you don’t do it the 1st time the next go round will hit it out of the park…. BUT you got it this time, let it work.

Cured!In my wildest dreams I never saw this coming. I’d have played the wild card and not spent $100k ++ for Harvoni branded med’s and would have left more to my beautiful wife so she could live better. But It turned out different as of SVR 24 a few days ago, UND with great blood work to go with it. I have not seen that type of blood work results in decades, really.
So thank you all and I can never thank Dr James Freeman enough. He truly is a world changing individual which is probably 1-100,000,000 that attempts to change the world and 1-1,000,000,000,000 that actually achieves it. As a matter of fact, I don’t really think he even knows the enormity of what he has accomplished.
