I do in my home, and not much hot and humid. Normal.
I do since 1 month maybe and outside is 30-35 degree.
But sure I sweaty during exercise.

The thing is for my last 2 hcv rna test day.
I did not do any exercise before test.
I was at the exhibition and 5 days I used many steps ( Everyday overally 20.000 step during show and looking around the city ) and I stand at the booth all day.I did get not enough food I was tired end of the trip and was cold because of weather.

Before last test day I was at the trip for 3 days and I used alcohol and drink to much coffee. I feel little tired because of holiday you know, because of walk to much almost 20.000 step, I swam . Maybe dont drink good enough water because My glucose value was little high too. It was the first time . I dont used sugar since long tıme and all glucose value are ok just 1 month ago .

Hello kaju,

20,000 steps is a lot. Particularly where is it hot and humid, but also with people exercising without enough water intake we see these enzyme rises due to mild muscle damage.

So please make sure you get enough water when exercising. For most people getting enough water means you need to urinate several times a day and that urine is ~ 1/2 way between clear water color and dark urine colour - too much water and it becomes very pale, not enough water and it becomes very dark.
YMMV

Thank you for your advise. When I think about it now, I realized I havent drunk enough water especially before test days.

One time , I lay on my back and I hold my legs with the bend knees position. Hope I explained correctly. Because english is not my first language.

I hold them 2 minutes , because I readed in paper, healty people can do that for 2 minute. I did, but my abdominal muscles worked and contractioned. Sure i did not do before warm up exrcise .Other day I got test and ck enzyme increased to 2000 . After 2 day rest at the weekend and drunk much water ıt deacresed to 400 from 2000. I havent checked following days again.

I will do test after drink too much water and stable 10 days before next hcv rna test for next month.
Hope will be still undedected with normal enzymes.
Thank you very much again for your help and reply all my obsession questions. One of my doctor told me I should see psychiatrist because I am very worried guy . Hope I am because if she rights thats mean I am healty :)
Best Regards
Cheers.

Hello kaju,

Being worried during Hep C treatment is not a reason to see a psychiatrist. It is completely normal!

It does sound like you are pushing the exercise a little too hard, a little too fast.
YMMV

Refresh results 20.09.2018 : AST:48 ALT: 46

I do dumble exrcies at home and 10 day before test day, I gave break.

Hello Kaju,

We have seen your AST and ALT elevated from what sounded like too much exercise. Obviously, your numbers are lower (always good). If they were 20 I would be positive the RNA would come back negative. I expect it will be fine, but you (like me) will have to wait to see the RNA to be 100% positive.
YMMV

God knows and pray for this .

Thank you for your reply ..Regards..
