I just feel better and better
Best wellness since 2012
I’m stoked
All I can say is to anyone thinking still about buying the meds no matter if you’re Aussie and haven’t got PBS or from O/S just do it they work
I have added 9.5kgs to my once skeletal body, have a normal appetite for the first time in ages
I have less than a fortnight to EOT and I feel like a miracle26 March 2016 at 9:29 am #14487Funny how you can hit a wall near EOT.
I have just been coping with that anxiety coming like a bat outta hell, left field.
Sat around since my last post thinking “what if I relapse…I did after that peginf disaster” Had a few sad things go down around me in my little world too. feeling suddenly like I am not as confident.
Wallowed a bit not knowing why…I think it is relapse anxiety, and with respect to other replapsers I apologise for the topic here, I know it is a fragile experience and traumatic because I have been there before.I went to my local, Home feels good nearing EOT, I don’t think I will venture far for the last remaining 8 days…
Thinking of all who are extending, or re-treating..sending loving ocean energy It has helped me no end…
26 March 2016 at 9:37 am #14488Physical recovery is one thing but I think there is a definate convalescence period needed after we clear. Given we have lived with this illness for decades mostly it must have an effect on us mentally and spiritually as well.
I know near the EOT I was getting more confident and hopeful for the future, making plans for next year etc etc.
You have come a long way since you arrived on this site Ariel and it can only get better
Two time relapser.
SVR 4 achieved 12/16 at last
SVR 12 achieved 22/02/2017 The Bastard has been defeatedGT 3 – about 28 yrs with HCV
26 March 2016 at 9:48 am #14489Ariel you live in such a beautiful place, home sounds good….no need to venture out until you feel better. Almost there
YMMV
26 March 2016 at 12:28 pm #14493Thankyou very much for the empathy friends.. it’s enough. Good company to be in cheers
26 March 2016 at 1:21 pm #14495Hi Ariel,
I really hear you re the ‘staying near home ‘ thing. I’ve been getting more and more like this over a period of time and now ending 1st tx it seems to be intensifying. I guess that will double after the next 12 weeks!
I guess we all get a bit of that, but can understand more so if you have previos experience of this, it must stir some old nemories of anxious times? but also, as previously tx naive I have this too. Thinking of those who did a few long peg/inf treatments – Phew!
Stay with what makes you feel most comfortable I reckon.
Sending from afar.

Home is sweet at the mo
I made it to Bells Beach for a day !!! Left home at 5am
That’s plenty! I’m thinking crowds, noise, lots of activity are frazzle material on the meds near EOT gawd knows why?

However I scored some amazing pics
We all know this fellas dial haha!
8 more pills to take here
Pleased not to be extending yes LG had quite enough ty!
I’m interested that the anxiety is also intense on tx naive as well as peginf relapsers, we need more research.
Anyway here’s a couple of pro surf pics
Thinking of all this Easter Break
Xx ArielAttachments:27 March 2016 at 10:46 am #14535Just being around the surf is awesome. Good for the spirit
I’m a clubby and spent patrol yesterday arvo on my own (well in the company of swimmers and waders competing for space with learner surfers, yikes!)
No casualties despite tricky conditions, lots of surf education.

We both know the secret fountain of youth is from living on our side haha!
I updated the pics from today for everyone’s enjoyment
I must say Kelly was even signing autographs for groms which is unusual! He even spoke!
Seriously it was good to get over there good solid swell.
I may as well put up one more pic it was a solid day at Bells that’s for sure. For International friends google Bells Beach Surf it’s the oldest international surf comp and called “The Gathering of the Tribe”
27 March 2016 at 11:49 am #14539You are right Beaches you clubbie you
Just being around the surf is so energising and the pro surfers are so nice. What a lucky sport we both share huh? I’m surfing way better since I started these meds btw my takeoffs are so much sharper
I rekn I was have moments of lapse and didn’t realise until they went away! Sounds mad but I do feel strongly that I had tiny black outs maybe that’s what is termed “brain fog” I have heard that connection with hepC
Well I am UND now so I jolly will do my damnest to stay that way
The ocean certainly helps

Going to Tonga this August to swim in the ocean with the humpbacks.
