Fire is downgraded now. The funniest part was racing into the local pharmacy and asking for an ice cooler because the meds need to be kept cool.
Attachments:19 January 2016 at 12:32 am #9702Good grief Ariel!
Dramatic pic!
Yes just what I would do, meds first, most precious material thing!
No chance of anything like that here, it’s the opposite, freezing in the north of England! But god forbid there was a house fire….that’s what I’d do….
Glad the headache has gone……
Deb xxx19 January 2016 at 1:44 am #9706Wow – I can imagine the smoke must be pretty horrible too? hmy:

ALT 2619 January 2016 at 2:44 pm #9807THANKS so much peeps for your concern it was manic….
LG the smoke was ridiculous, Thanks Debs Tina yes so relieved, a loooong 24 or so hours of “watch and Act” after I evacuated yesterday. I am near a Green wedge. I hope that the stupid kids who lit the fire with matches are being hauled into the Children’s Court and given the fright of their lives…I think two properties were lost but the roads south of me are still blocked and the local tin can wireless brings mixed stories. My meds are safe, I am safe, my kitties are safe…my house is safe, but I did boil my eggs dry two days in a row and I think I will give up on boiling eggs it must be too hard for me.I am just done with day 8…I am experiencing the moments of lucid flow now
I was trying to think of a metaphor for it…it is as if I have had it all together intellectually, but that it is jigsaw puzzle…and that the pieces just refuse to fit together even in their correct positions!
I am looking forward to seeing my finished picture..19 January 2016 at 2:52 pm #9810Mwahahahah, thank you darling! LOLLLLLLL Seriously, feeling like a fatty duckkky lol, 59 kilos now lol

What do you get when you guzzle down sweets?
Eating as much as an elephant eats
What are you at getting terribly fat?
What do you think will come of that?Let’s turn into fatcats ha!

I adore your profile picture20 January 2016 at 5:26 am #9874Wow, Ariel, so glad you’re ok and hope your chooks and pussies are too
Breathing in that sort of smoke is horrendous. Love your priorities, to be honest, after my son and dog, covering my birds, I’d grab my MP’s too on the way out the door.
While it sounds awesome where you live the cons are the annual fire alert. I’m on an island, around 85% National Park, when we had a massive bushfire a few years back it was scary but they did contain it well. The soot and the smoke were the worst though.Glad you’re home now and let’s hope no more for you this summer. Damn those little shits that start these fires deliberately
All the best, take care

GGT 50H22 January 2016 at 10:20 am #10079Sounds like a beautiful location Chejai
We defs have some little brats locally because they tried a fire a few weeks ago too, and since the big one the other day there have been several spot fires started all nearby. I am sure the police will be patrolling but hmmm these kids are slippery, it is locally known that it is a bunch of youths but nobody seems to want to dob them in. At least it poured rain overnight.Onto the real business here: Day 11 done and dusted.
My headaches are lessening rapidly. Today is my best day so far. Not euphoric anymore but feel confident, lucid, and connected.
Can’t believe how few sx there are.
My goals (without any real timeline) were set going in. My first was to stay awake during the day for an entire week, something I have not been able to achieve for I cannot recall how long. TICK. Goal one sorted.

Day 11 for both of us
Same, energy during the day but not hyper anymore, making the most of getting things done because I crash in the arvo/evenings. A migraine today, but otherwise it was just an intermittent headache for about a week. Thank God sweats not as bad hmy:Noticed a clearer more lucid mind creeping in, so used to brain fog.
Glad you are feeling good – you go girl!
