Australian surfer Justin Allport rides a wave during the Cape Fear surfing tournament in heavy seas off Sydney’s Cape Solander in Australia, June 6, 2016.
Just by looking at the colour of the water indicates just how rough it would have been out there … they are a lot braver than me!

10 June 2016 at 1:24 pm #18817Thanks Ariel, GT2, Tina and Pat1 for the good wishes.
EOT……wowie zowie, that’s gone fast. Some reflections, and I hope I’m not just preaching to the choir.
If anyone is reading this and wondering if they should get treated, I say to you, just do it. Do it while you can. The door to generic treatment is open but big pharma is influential and greedy. The door won’t stay open forever.
Through luck and lots of front I got onto the branded meds (Gilead Harvoni) but truly was all set to go down the fixhepc / GP2U road.
It’s safe. Dr James has the generic meds tested before they are sent to you. You won’t lose your money. There is evidence that the outcomes from generic and branded treatments are the same. For me the changes have been dramatic. Not only do I have more energy, I have more focus, drive and mental sharpness. I have less fear. My body runs more efficiently. Sleep quality is fantastic. I noticed these things very soon into the treatment.
I had no idea if things would be different, no idea what to expect. The quality of life for the rest of my life will be so much better.
A bit about my individual situation. Since being diagnosed I did as much as I could to stay as healthy as I could – eat right, do Yoga, stay fit, do weights, eat organic (as much as the budget allowed) take supplements for my cell health, also antioxidants. Fibroscan consistently F0, LFTs abnormal but not hugely so but VL reasonably high.Never touched interferon, riba etc
I know that lots of people were sicker than me, but they are getting SVR12.
Just do it folks, you have nothing to lose except a nasty disease.
Peace out
