There are quite a few of us who have received our meds via MonkMed’s brilliant service. They are sent tracked by FedEx and mine arrived within 3 days.
MonkMed also to continue to offer continuous care and support from their Dr Debasis throughout treatment. I cannot praise him enough. I’m sure there are others here who agree.

Thank-you Tim, Dr Debasis @ MonkMed & Dr Freeman @ Fix HepC30 March 2016 at 6:50 pm #14648Here’s my personal experience with Tim;
I first encountered Tim last year after reading a post on Fierce Pharma, which
is a decent industry newsletter. We chatted and he tried his best to help me at
the time.Time went by and we eventually, independently ran into FixHepC.
Tim just sent me an email inquiring about my health and regarding his involvement
with the Redemption trials, not knowing that I am on the yellow brick road to
recovery.Publicly, I would like to thank Tim for his help in the past and keep up the good work
he is doing now. Tim is good people.

Thank-you Tim, Dr Debasis @ MonkMed & Dr Freeman @ Fix HepC30 March 2016 at 7:21 pm #14650Its like I mentioned earlier: when people use someone’s services and they deliver as promised, that is the way it should be, business as usual. Everyone’s happy. Like in basketball or soccer: nobody runs around screaming “They didn’t foul me!!”.
However, if someone doesn’t deliver, is selling bogus goods or provides unsatisfactory service, people get mad and vocal.
I am pretty active on several sites and keep up with the generic HCV medication scene in general.
MonkMed, Greg, James, Mesochem, REDEMPTION, Incepta, GP2U-the list goes on.
I can’t find any negative feedback, anywhere for any of them.
They simply deliver and/or provide what they promise.

Debs X27 April 2016 at 6:21 pm #16273Success!!!! I have had my medications delivered by MonkMed. Yay!!! I am from the hinterland of Canada and we had some problems with Health Canada releasing the medications for Customs clearance. Tim, the MonkMed and FixHepC team were very supportive and helpful. At no time did I feel abandoned or on my own. For Canada there is an import regulation that allows importation of these HepC medications if you are in the Redemption trial. The regulation would not work without being in the trial. I needed further documentation that was provided very quickly ( overnight) in order to release the medication. Impressive. I am sure any further shipments of personal trial medication into Canada will enter the country smoothly with the increased knowledge of the regulations and documentation required. if you are Canadian and sitting on the fence I say go for it.
Now to continue my treatment, get a good test and carry on with my life.
Thank You Tim, Andrew and the FixHepC and MonkMed teams.

ps.: if anybody got the phone appointment like i did, and paid, could you tell me whendid it appear on your bank statements?

8 June 2016 at 1:48 pm #18680Hi Enrico, sorry to hear you have been victim of a scam. Was hearing on the radio the other day these are becoming more common. That is an awfully large amount of money.
As regards when the online appt. fee, it’s awhile ago now for me and I think I paid by PayPal, and it didn’t take that long to come off, can’t really remember but nothing untoward happened!
When you go with Monkmed you get Monkmed Care also and a dr will ring you to introduce himself ( if you are lucky you will get dr debasis, he is very highly thought of.)
Enrico you can pm me anytime if you like.

8 June 2016 at 11:55 pm #18707Just received my medication here in the US through the REDEMPTION 3 Trial. In addition to consulting with Dr. James Freeman prior to entering the REDEMPTION 3 trials, I received a consultation with my Monkmed prescribing physician upon joining the Trial, and just now received a follow up call from him to make sure everything had arrived (it did), and see if I had started treatment (I had).
Additionally, I was advised to contact my prescribing physician with lab results, and to contact him with any treatment questions or concerns. So far, I can’t speak highly enough about the level of care, service, and professionalism I have experienced. I’m very impressed!
The thread is posted here: http://fixhepc.com/forum/fixhepc-admin/1061-fitz-starts-redemption-3-trial.html#17431
Note: Payment was made through a payment portal associated directly with the REDEMPTION 3 trials. At no time, did anyone ever ask me for, or suggest that I make payment over the phone.
