Yay So Happy for you both!! I agree, Good Mother, I know what I would do if it was my dear son and you overcame fears and doubts, did the best thing. Super Mom too.
YMMV
12 December 2015 at 1:49 am #6004Hi CJ
I have just read your posts from beginning to end and have to say a big thank you!!
Thank you for sharing your story and doing it in such a brilliant way that shows the human faces and many shades behind HCV.
You have shown what can be achieved when a mother’s love, drive and pro action is added to a doctor’s crusade to save lives and help people.
Hats off and a massive cheer to you and James Freeman for giving young J the best future possible and for removing the dark cloud of HCV… Bright days ahead for you and young J!
Well done and a huge Hip hip hooray from me !!!
Lots of love and all the best to you.
Xo

For now it is his time to just enjoy being fifteen and embrace life, without the invisible cloud of an illness.
I am delighted for you that J has achieved this freedom you have so long desired..All the best, Girl. Here comes the sun

24 wks SVR yeeaa!!31 December 2015 at 9:46 am #7618J is doing so well that he’s going to a party tonight!!
….his first real one. hmy:
I’m a bit worried, he’s not!His tx is still going without a hitch, he is such a happy kid now.
He’s going on for 8 wks in now, I think.
Not that long to go.His skin has miraculously got much clearer, he’s got more energy now so actually does stuff other than computer games.
He smiles & laughs a lot now & actually talks quite a bit!Life’s good
Thanks to Doc James & the people here & the GP4U crowd.
It’s going to be a great 2016, hopefully for every one here.
