You should take it at night, without food, particularly if you are going to under-dose the ledipasvir, which you are, given you don’t have enough.

    About when to take ledipasvir,

I take my sof-led at 4 pm which is around 2 hrs after lunch.

For the best absorbtion, i want to change when to take from 4 pm to 10pm.

is it okay to just take my next sof-led at 10 pm and keep taking it at 10 pm from now on??

    Thank you, Dr. Freeman.

I will let the patient know Dac is more rational choice than 12wks Sof/Led + Riba.

I just got news about the GT2 patient who was detected at EOT.

She went to another lab to get blood test again, and found previous test result to be wrong. Now UND. good for her.

Thank you for your kind advice, Dr Freeman :)

    I appreciate it, Dr. Freeman.

I will let them know your advice.

As far as I know, the doctor who takes care of 1b patient decides to treat him with sof-led for more 12wks, adding ribavirin.

hopefully, they will get cured next time.

    Hi Dac,

I am not a doctor, so I dont know detail.

but I saw a patient with GT6/c and cirrhosis got VL<15 within 3 wks after starting to take generic harvoni in South-Korea Hep-c community website.

You will be cured, this time.

As i said, I took my blood test(RNA quantitative) on day 15 of twinvir(sof/led) tx.

I didn’t expect that I get UND, just hoping that majority of virus is gone for now.

    But…

My doc said that there is NO VIRUS DETECTED, which is < around 15 IU/ML(thanks Dr. Freeman for letting me know how to converse korean measurement to west measurement) !!!! I am so happy now :P
