    Hi Ariel #love
I hear you re fatigue EOT , took my last Harvoni today and very sleepy / lacking in energy. Start the Sofo/DAC tomorrow, maybe insomnia? ha ha We shall see.

Not long now for you, it is stressful, how can it not be I guess? All we can do is keep on keeping on #flower #love

Hey Tina, How are you doing #love ?

I took my last Harvoni just now (tomorrow start on Sofo/DAC) and fatigue is an issue in the evenings. I generally buzz around in the morning but once it gets to 7 pm I’m done. For someone who never needed much sleep & suffered insomnia, I have gone to nodding off mid sentence, glasses still on, book/ipad in hand etc I feel this sensation mid upper abdomen, like a ‘woosh’ , then my eyes start closing and I cannot fight it, I’m gone! Try to catch the news on TV before bed, but never get past the first 30 seconds (maybe not such a bad thing!) It’s almost like a faint or like I’ve been given an anesthetic – I’m gone in seconds!

I’ve been taking vit D and B throughout tx but haven’t been tested since January when they were ‘within range’ , think it’s the meds maybe. Apparently Sofo/DAC is more prone to insomnia, we shall see!

    lg xx

Hi again Dom, Yes, Gaj is correct. My viral load was coming down slower than most peoples, so I extended treatment to give it my best shot. Thankfully, due to MonkMeds’ superfast delivery, I have the new meds ready for the end of the first 12 weeks, so there’s no break in treatment.

I know it’s all a bit much to take in at first, but if you go with a proven reliable supply chain such as MonkMed/FixHepC/Redemption things should go very smoothly and you will get great support.

btw I sent you a message on chat when I saw you there the other day concerning prescriptions, not sure if you saw it or not?

There are quite a few of us who have received our meds via MonkMed’s brilliant service. They are sent tracked by FedEx and mine arrived within 3 days.

MonkMed also to continue to offer continuous care and support from their Dr Debasis throughout treatment. I cannot praise him enough. I’m sure there are others here who agree.

Hi Dom, I got my 1st script from GP2U from Dr Freeman and my 2nd script from Dr Debasis at MonkMed (they work together in Redemption). Both made it through UK customs just fine, although I find the Indian/UK time difference easier to negotiate.

Hi Hazel, It sounds like the new LiverMultiScan ? I was lucky to have this recently as part of a trial.

I know what you mean re seeing where the fibrosis is, mine is all in the center around the heart connections in the center and to the left. Same thoughts as you, I also reckon that’s where the virus hides in me. It makes sense to me after some thought.

It also says to me that the traditional fibroscan could have varyable results because it seems to only detect fibrosis at one area of the liver, at the point of the probe ? My first fibro (2014) was taken near the center and was 8.7 , my more recent two to the right side (6.2 and 5.6) .Someone told me once that fibroscans paint quite an accurate picture as ‘fibrosis is quite evenly spread’ … Hmmm Really mine isn’t for sure! Which could explain my varying diagnostic results.

I will get around to posting my colour snap of my insides at some point :)

Good to hear you’ve had an improvement, my very best wishes to you for the perfect end result .

Hey Paulino – I did a very similar thing this morning. Opened up my pill box and took pill for Sunday, then looked and freaked as Saturday’s pill was still there – It took me around 10 mins to remember yesterday was Good Friday and today is actually Saturday! So yep, pill boxes help but can’t sort our muddled minds!

Glad you had no ill effcts of double dose. Happy Easter to you too, let’s hope we have more of yesterdays sunny weather from now on. Still very cold here today in England.

    Hi Ariel,

I really hear you re the ‘staying near home ‘ thing. I’ve been getting more and more like this over a period of time and now ending 1st tx it seems to be intensifying. I guess that will double after the next 12 weeks!

I guess we all get a bit of that, but can understand more so if you have previos experience of this, it must stir some old nemories of anxious times? but also, as previously tx naive I have this too. Thinking of those who did a few long peg/inf treatments – Phew!

Stay with what makes you feel most comfortable I reckon.

    Sending #love from afar.
