6 December 2015 at 8:36 am #5309I just watched the Sunrise report and I think it was outstanding in covering the basics – 90-plus per cent cure at a fraction of the Gilead price, 100 per cent pure and legal, who with Hep C would not want that? Dr Freeman and Greg are so obviously credible.
I hope it encourages more fence-sitters to seek treatment.

Treating for the first time since October 31 with Buyers Club Sof/Led. Thanks so much guys. Minimal side effects apart from sore throat at the start..
Viral load 5.4m when treatment started, Undetected at 4 weeks, 8 weeks, End of Treatment and 12-weeks post EOT. Yay!6 December 2015 at 9:43 am #5312I agree Chapel, good credible report with ample footage from Dallas Buyers Club (go the underdog!).
Greg and Dr James a fine looking pair.6 December 2015 at 10:33 pm #5338Here’s hoping, Chapel. For a necessarily short segment it was done pretty well (Sunrise researchers had done their homework!) with all bases covered. Dr James and Greg were great in putting a reasoned and credible face to the club’s endeavour.

ALT 267 December 2015 at 11:51 am #5382I have many questions, I guess I’m a fence sitter
Are the drugs tested in Australia? What if they fail the test?
How many people have used the generics, how many have been tested 3 months after and what percentage is cured?
If you take the generics and they don’t work do you develop a resistance, and what would happen with future treatments?
Do you have to compound the drugs yourself?
I am so pissed off with our government and their stupid miserable penny pinching ways (that’s not a question)
If anyone can answer those questions I’d greatly appreciate it

Cured baby7 December 2015 at 12:23 pm #5385You don’t have to put anything in capsules, all batches are tested and the answers to most of your other questions are on here. If you go to Getting Treated section above and click through to Buyers Club, there is a lot of detail. Not sure about future resistance.
(I am genotype 1a, never treated before, now treating with generic Sofosbuvir/Ledipasvir for a month so far with few side effects.)
I recommend reading as much on here as you can here and also Greg Jefferys site at http://hepatitisctreatment.homestead.com/index.html

7 December 2015 at 12:36 pm #5389Hi beaches, and welcome
The Buyer’s club is facilitating us to import the generic API’s (active pharmaceutical ingredient), and on arrival in Aust they are tested and enscapsulated by a compounding chemist. Read a bit on it in the blog section here
