Well, fiber scoring go’s F0/F1 with F4 being the highest.
I wonder did she mean you’re a F3 (10) I guess in your case the other issues you have
allowed ICORN to treat you as the guidelines clearly state you have to be F4 and a
12 too get into the treatment pool.

Wishing you all the best with it

Undetected at 12 weeks 🙂13 April 2016 at 5:44 pm #15418Hello, I am 4 days after EOT and I am fairly itchy , in ears scalp …also have had toe tinea crop up . I have had it before but ever only left foot just between a few toes – this time both feet and this morning very severe pain in toes woke me up at 6am. I googled like crazy for more clues to cure it and my itchy dry feeling skin, for feet alternating cream and tea tree oil. Vinegar rinse and hair dryer drying, 1/2 cotton balls between the toes to keep the area dry. That rash hates a dry environment. My mum used to rub between toes with metho and then talcum powder – a home prevention I should have copied. But seeing this post and Dr James’ I thought what I have might be connected to the meds. 5 months is a long time after the meds and I am sorry to hear about your experience. I am buying a large bottle of apple cider vinegar and using it, diluted as an after shower rinse all over, not using soap, getting epsom salts to mix with sea salt for the bath or foot bath. The vinegar changes the ph of the skin. My immune system needs a rebuild now…
Hope the rash has gone !
anna14 April 2016 at 9:43 am #15460Hi Anna,
I got ear rashes after interferon a decade ago, they have stayed, I always put it down to it being the same time as switching to tanked rain water for everything. But maybe not, maybe it is interferon.
My post tx (this tx) rash cleared up, it comes only very slightly now, but my skins still stuffed in all sorts of other ways.
Pre interferon I had never even had acme, just eczema as a kid, but in the light of being hep c free I really don’t give a rats arse.
Diagnosed in the early 90’s, geno 3, had Interferon 2006, currently on Sofosbuvir & Daclatasvir
NO VIRUS @ 4 WEEKS of Sofosbuvir & C Daclatasvir
Still free – SVR4 and at 8 weeks too
Still free at 7 months, CURED!!
14 April 2016 at 2:58 pm #15473I just found this thread. After following the doc’s links I wonder if I have Cryoglobulinemia (creepy name ).
One week into sof/dac I got a single purple blotch on my shin that grew to the size of a crumpet, was insanely itchy, hot, and red turning to purple. It lasted a couple of weeks and vanished. I put it down to the meds.
Around New Years, week 11, several more appeared on my upper back and shoulders. I remember the first one distinctly, I was in Aldi, and thought a spider had hidden in my shirt… until several more appeared in the next few days. It was nearly EOT and I was probably over-treating by about 4 weeks anyway. So I put it down to the meds.
And now, to celebrate SVR12, some beauties have appeared mid-back and smaller versions on left arm. Can I still put it down to the meds?
Creatinine is still on the low side, any relevance?
9 December 2022 at 7:17 pm #30217Cheap Harvoni – https://onlinecheappills.com/harvoni.html I took harvoni for 3 months, missing only 1 dose which I made up quickly. No side effects at all. Tiredness was equal to tiredness prior to taking. I received my 2 month blood test after treatment & I AM CURED!!
17 December 2022 at 5:41 am #30220Hi Valesolove,
I am so happy to hear of your great results. I had Hep C for many years and was cured a few years ago with the support of Dr Freeman and FixHepC. I know how it feels to finally be free of it. Keep on enjoying that feeling….

17 December 2022 at 6:26 am #30221Hi Coral!
I agree, so great to be cured of Hep-C. To the OP, any other blotches, etc. can be from many things. I did 14 weeks of Generic Harvoni and had no side effects. It might just be an unrelated rash.
Good luck!
