Day 8 and my energy level keeps getting better every day. I find that I sleep better. I used to only sleep for a few hours and then wake up. Now I seem to be able to sleep 5 or 6 hours uninterrupted.
I have had a few headaches, but they seem to be short lived, sometimes only lasting 5 minutes. Hopefully they won’t get any worse.
24 January 2016 at 1:17 am #10228Right on. I sleep better, too.

isaing4@gmail.com28 January 2016 at 4:25 am #10611Day 13, and my energy level is off the charts. I feel like I am 20 again (I’m 55) No afternoon tiredness….I charge right through the day, I can only hope this is permanent. After so many years of only being “awake” half the day it is great. I think I also look healthier, to quote George Costanza (Seinfeld) I have a rosy glow…a pinkish hue in my face, lol. I am going to get tested for blood work before 8 weeks; just because I did not expect such a rapid improvement and I am curious.
So I feel like sharing, this is my journal so I can say what I want
To anyone in USA reading this, if you are waiting for your insurance to approve Harvoni, I wish you luck unless you are really ill. I was rejected 3 times, twice on denials and once on appeal. The process took 5 months; however each time I was denied, the denial reasoning became increasingly vindictive and cruel. On appeal, I was sent a horrid letter that stated because I WAS NOT ON THE TRANSPLANT WAITING LIST, they could not care less. These are the words of a Demon….I share this because if you are not really ill you have a chance to either get Twinvir, or meds through the buyers club here, for less than $2K total for 12 weeks of treatment. You can afford it….You can’t afford not to! You are going to be more clear headed and have more energy when cured. You’ll earn this investment in your future back within a few years, max. Take a cash advance on Visa and cure yourself if you have to. The TPP agreement Obama is pushing and that could be signed within months may end the chance to get these meds, even if you travel overseas. You’ll have to go overseas and tape them to your body like a drug courier! Or you can do it now and have DHL or FedEx bring it to you!
Read Gilead’s earnings statement and forward looking guidance. Gilead has no intention of reducing the price of treatment for many years to come (10+). Gilead’s plan is to wait until people qualify for insurance (get on the transplant list). Then they make a sale. So there will be no change in strategy.
I contacted Gilead for assistance, I qualified for $73K in grants because I am low income. So with their help, they wanted me to get a $23K loan for treatment. Full price $94.5K How kind hearted! I told them I will just get meds from offshore, thanks for nothing!
28 January 2016 at 4:36 am #10612It is an amazing experience. It means you are getting well. I am so happy for you and for all the people getting their lives back. I teach 9th graders all day. (I’m 62) The past few years, I thought I was going to have to retire. I came home from work and collapsed. Now, I am excited about every day. Its wild! I had gotten so used to feeling bad, just feeling normal is border-line euphoric.
No more catching every cold and bug. No more messed up stomach. No more hopelessness and anxiety.
Wow…

For most of the 1st 2 weeks I felt like you – energised during the day – but crashing in arvo and evening. But this past week, since weekend, got really sick with a migraine and feel shocking since. I’m really fatigued every day, no more jumping out of bed wide awake, I’m struggling to get up, feel like ‘crap’
Hope this passes and I pick up again, I want to feel like the 1st 2 weeks, like M describes

30 January 2016 at 6:59 am #10796Anyone in USA interested in treatment should email curehcvnow@gmail.com about Twinvir or other treatment options that are available.
7 February 2016 at 4:10 am #11381Went to my GP today, told him about being denied by insurance for treatment (prescribed by GI specialist) , then showed him my Twinvir box. He was very interested, wrote down the name of the drug, asked me how much I paid for it. I told him the whole story about GP2U and third party shipping via Incepta. He checked my vitals, then gave me an RX for blood work which I will go for in a few more weeks.
He’s a nice guy, I bet if another patient tells him about being denied, he will call me and ask how to get them meds.
7 February 2016 at 4:40 am #11382HI GF and Mike
Mike re your quote on the dac vs led experience: I did sof/dac 18weeks and all these common experiences resonate with me. Slight headache to begin with, then supercharged for the next 4 weeks with great clarity albeit 3, 4 to 5 hours sleep. From about week 6 everything seemed to normalise (speed like experience started to taper) with another level of clarity. It was a trip which I didn’t mind at all, shit, one could live on this.
GF, good luck with the rest of your tx mate, I’m sure you will breeze through. Mike Keep up the advocacy and agitation love your work. Em
7 February 2016 at 4:45 am #11383Hey GF,
Thats great news. Both my GP and GI backed me 100%. They are so frustrated with the system.
Very happy for you.
Feel free to share your story at Delphi.
