    Trust me you can buy from sleeping tabs to heart to sex to cancer medicines with no perscription. The pharmacy guys handle their legal stuff themselves. I never need to worry. I will bring back 9 bottles of generic Harvoni for my mates here . I cant get a prescription for them in my country. Sorry but my friends need to live so I will manage it for them

    Just to clarify Sir’s post: Another sock puppet popped up quickly after I suspended ‘abal’, claiming to be a silent observer (who’d only just joined the forum :lol: ) and carrying on in the same mode as ‘abal’. So I banned him and deleted his post as Sir was in the process of replying to it. Looks like we’ve got our work cut out tonight. Hopefully the mods from Oz (sounds like a tribute band name) will be online soon to help out.

    Is it a good idea to buy prescription medicines in India without a prescription? Probably no problem if you are there in person and you know exactly what you want.

    Is it a good idea to buy prescriptions medicines *on-line from India* without a prescription? Now you are starting to take a personal risk…

    If One Million people buy prescription medicines *on-line from India without a prescription* Big Pharma are not going to stand idle…

    If Big Pharma perceive the possibility that One Million people are going to buy “their” prescription medicines on-line from India without a prescription they are not going to stand idle… Now we are heading for a clamp-down at government level. At TRIPS level.

    Please read again the posts from abal. He is only recommending to that people get a prescription (which they should anyway) and not buy on-line without a prescription. What’s wrong with that?


    I totally agree with abal’s advice that FixHepC should not be encouraging people to break the law in his country. FixHepC must remain whiter than white in all countries. FixHepC must stay legal to be able to keep the moral high ground.

    Come on guys, if someone posts something on here that you don’t agree with why not just let it ride. If some one posts something on here that is factually wrong, then correct it. But show the evidence! Me, I don’t think anyone needs to show any evidence that buying prescription drugs in India without a prescription is *illegal*. But I would be very interested to see hard evidence to show that is in fact legal.

    I have said it once before, and I hope I don’t have to say it again. There are people on this site who shoot before they think…

    I think he had some valid points I don’t like how he opined.

    I agree with Voroto we can’t be seeing to be promoting illegal activity James has always said
    we need to work with the laws.

    There is a conversation to be had about liability I have spoke with James about it and
    will continue to do so I don’t know I want to get into all this in a thread.

    For the record, I work as a threat analyst I’ve being involved in all types of investigations the closest
    to this would be legal drug sales online its not my forte malware is, I do have a good understanding of
    the legalities involved.

    I don’t know we should be promoting posts about breaking the laws in India it may be the done thing
    there the website FixHepC has a reputation too manage.

    Yes fixhepc is legal in the way it operates. But we are talking about someone who have chosen to travel in india and buy meds like Serbian guys (due to their custom policies)
