Twinvir is the best generic.
Male, Fibro F1. Geno 1b. ALT 67 before treatment Viral load 5 million. My huge viral load replicates in my nervous system as I suffer anxiety.

16.08.2016 SVR 2420 February 2016 at 4:59 am #12307I have had few side effects on Twinvir, but I have not been tested yet for VL. But if I was Enkel I would feel the same way…2 weeks and he is undetected! His results are part of the reason I chose Twinvir.
21 February 2016 at 4:36 pm #12387Hey GF,
Will the 6 week test be your 1st since starting tx? A $100 says you’re <15 or UND.On Twinvir, it's the real deal. Made from Mesochem APIs (unless my brain fog has returned) and we all know Mesochem is the stuff.
I will be the first to admit I am not very familiar with the Indian products. The main reason being it was never necessary, since Incepta and Rachel were doing such a great job getting quality, affordable tx to people in the U.S.

I appreciate your encouragement!
I feel really good! I’m hoping I come back undetected, or close to it.
I am a little spooked because I eat grapefruit every morning, and just read somewhere they are recommending against it, only because nobody knows yet if it has an effect on Sof/Led. I am switching to oranges!
But I have my fingers crossed :
21 February 2016 at 6:05 pm #12393Hey,
My wife squeezes two grapefruit for my morning juice everyday. I washed my medicine down with it. Been at it since my diagnosis almost 3 years ago.
You’re good!

22 February 2016 at 12:08 pm #12434As mentioned elsewhere, grapefruit is an inhibitor for CYP3A4 enzyme which metabolises Daclatavir. Twinvir is Ledipasvir and Sofosbuvir so I’m guessing you’re good.

Melbourne, Australia22 February 2016 at 10:52 pm #12461Hi.
Had my GP appointment today and was told my 7 weeks blood results.
I’m low on Vit D, GP told me to take some until summer.
As I already mentioned, the VL was detected at that time, but doctor showed me the comments ” Unable to quantify, antibodies detected”.What does this mean?
He gave me the referral for EOT Viral load blood test.
Do I need an ultrasound or fibroscan at EOT?
Gen 1b, F1-F2. Naive.
Started Twinvir tx on 2 nd of December 2015 for 12 weeks.
Starting VL 400000, Alt 49/AST 44
1 week VL 29, ALT 44/AST 30.
4 weeks VL 12, ALT 33, Platelets 145, all other tests normal.
7 weeks VL Detected, ALT 28, all other normal
8 weeks UND, 12 week UND, 24 week SVR UND23 February 2016 at 12:34 am #12463This means that you have HCV antibodies which all of us have SVR or no and will always have but your VIRAL LOAD is so low that it cant be detected. No u dont need ultrasound or fibroscan at EOT maybe later on if you want to.
My viral load after 4 weeks was <25 which my doc said is undetected so the treatment is working next test for me is EOT 12 WEEKS.
Please read this its very informative:

16.08.2016 SVR 2423 February 2016 at 12:41 am #12464The Bottom Line:
In the past when using interferon-based treatments, a detectable viral load at EOT meant that treatment wouldn’t be successful. With Harvoni-based HCV treatment, this rule no longer applies—a detectable viral load at EOT DOES NOT mean that treatment will not be successful. – See more at: http://hepatitiscnewdrugresearch.com/hcv-viral-load-test.html#sthash.5M2h5HzI.dpuf

I would take this to mean HCVDNA detected but
