Let's assume that you are now in possession of some powder Hep C medication API.
For this to work all that is required is that you consume:
- 400 mg (0.4g) Sofosburir daily as a single dose; plus
- Either
- 90 mg (0.09g) Ledipasvir daily as a single dose
- OR
- 60 mg (0.06g) Daclatasvir daily as a single dose
ALL these medications can be taken morning or night, with or without food, and WITHOUT BEING IN ANY SORT OF CONTAINER (tablet/capsule).
You do not need to add anything to them to make them effective. No mannitol, no lactose, no nothing.
Method 1
Buy a set of mg scales.
Measure out correct weight of medicine each day. Put on spoon. Swallow with water. Done
Day 1-84: consume 1 medicine weight x 2 , with or without food.
My grandmother used to put the medicine on a spoon and cover with jam to hide the bad taste. That method may be old but still works.
Method 2
Buy a set of mg scales AND 84 small plastic bags
Day 1: Measure out 400 mg of Sofosbuvir. Tip into bag. Measure out correct weight of Led/Dac and tip into bag. Repeat 84 times.
Day 1-84: consume 1 bag, with or without food.
Method 3
Buy a set of mg scales AND 168 size 0 capsules.
First split the capsules into a big and a small bit.
Next do 1 medication at a time.
Day 1: Measure out 400 mg of Sofosbuvir. Tip into big bit of capsule. Close capsule with small bit. Put in container. Repeat 84 times. Repeat at correct weight for other medication.
Day 1-84: consume 1 capsule of Sofosbuvir and 1 capsule of Led/Dac.
